Challenge # 62 ~ YIPES, STRIPES!!!

As we enter into the new month of April, I hope that old man winter is disappearing where you are. Time for some colorful scenery and lovely sunshine! So here at CC&CC it's time to brighten things us with some STRIPES! Big and bold, or small and pale. Or even anything in between, it's up to you! For this challenge just use stripes somewhere on your card.

Challenge #61 Glitter & Lace

Hello and welcome to another challenge at CC&CC, we are so happy you stopped by and hope you join our challenge!

First of all I have to fess up to something. . . I really wanted to do something different with my DT. So, I decided to have a fun game with them. I made up a name for each of the digis that we were going to use, that related to each image and didn't tell them the real name of the image, the sponsor or our theme. They were literally choosing blind! I had NO doubt at all that they were up to the task, they are all so talented! They really had fun and were very happy with the image they received - how could they NOT be, they are all adorable!

Time to get messy with the glitter, and if you are anything like me, you will usually end up with it all over the place! And lace sure looks good with glitter, so there you have our theme, Glitter & Lace. Sounds like fun to me!

Challenge #60 ~ Color Inspiration

Hello, and welcome to another fun challenge here at CC&CC. I bet you have been wondering why our new challenge did not post last Friday ~ well, my hard drive on my computer died. Let me tell you, it has been a nightmare! I will spare you the details, but let me give you some good advice! If you don't currently backup your computer, START doing it now! We will be back on schedule with our next challenge on March 21st. ONWARD!

For this challenge we are using some color for your inspiration. We had such a great time creating our cards for you with this lovely color palate. Such beautiful pastel shades with a touch of bold! These colors seem to work so well with the beautiful digis we used. They were so generously given to us by
A Day For Daisies.

I am SO pleased to welcome back A Day For Daisies for a second year as a sponsor for CC&CC. Tammy Siemers Thompson, the artist who draws all of the designs is incredibly talented. For me her work always has such emotional impact. There is such softness and feeling in everything she creates.

The name "A Day For Daisies" was the name of one of her first paintings she did at the age of nine. She is a very accomplished freelance artist, and her beautiful style is so recognizable.
